I bought a DUD (did clone), #400 mesh, 32 gauge wire from them about two weeks ago. The tool from the DUD was missing and another personal issue with the top cap of the rba. After sending them an email and talking about it they agreed to send me a new unit as they do not have parts and only whole units.
To me this is a huge deal and really really makes them stand out from other other vendors I have dealt with around here. I could not be more happy and plan to order more stuff from them very soon.
