I'm currently trying to replicate the mouth feel effect of a particular juice my wife really enjoys (Choconilla Haze from Volcano). She describes it as 'dry', in a good way. For her, some flavor concentrations give her a watery flavor she's not happy with, especially in something like a chocolate or cream.

Any tricks on how to achieve this? The only thing I've found so far about a dry mouth-feel was relating to tobacco flavors. Unfortunately, she's sensitive enough to tobacco flavors that that option's mostly likely out. Menthol probably won't work for the same reason (sensitive palate). But I'm not sure, perhaps there are very low levels at which some additive changes mouth feel without significantly affecting flavor.

I've had a little bit of luck with using flavors such as FA Cookie to give a little bit of dry bite, but again the flavor's not appropriate for everything. I'm wondering if any of you folks have had this issue come up, and what you did about it.
