Time for yet another themed quiz: Movies with Number(s) in the Title. All of the movies used this week have titles that include numbers, (as if that needed any more explanation).

A couple of examples: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest or 127 Hours. You get the idea, I'm sure.

As usual, there are eight screenshots below, most of which should be fairly recognizable if you've seen the movies. The question is: which of the movies can you identify?

Please answer with movie numbers only, not titles. .

Wow, slow-moving thread this week, eh?

OK, here are a few hints from me:

#1 is a movie about the Chicago "Black Sox" scandal from 1919.
#3 should be really easy to piece together from the screenshot. ;)
#6 we see Edward G. Robinson as Dathan, trying to ply some additional gold pieces from Ramses.
#7 has nothing to do with the ability to link actors to Kevin Bacon.

Hope these help! :D

    in a cave, eh?

    1. "Say it ain't so, Joe!"
    2. "I see dead people."
    3. Here are the not-so-difficult piano pieces played in the film:
      a) Frédéric Chopin: Fantasy in F minor, Op. 49
      b) Johann Sebastian Bach: Chromatic Fantasia and Fugue
      c) Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: Piano Concerto No. 9 in E-flat major, K. 271
      d) Chopin: Prelude in E minor, Op. 28, No. 4
      e) Mozart: Fantasy in D minor, K. 397.
I think I got all of them by my count. ;)
    4. A William Castle (The House on Haunted Hill, The Tingler, etc.) horror about a haunted house. Filmed in "Illusion-O", a pair of special colour-filtered glasses enabled the audience to see the, ah, numerous phantoms promised in the title.
    5. A buddy flick about guys trying to be heroes in a small Mexican town. The other guys are Chevy Chase and Martin Short.
    6. They always show this flick around Easter.
    7. There is an idea that every one can be connected to anyone else by a surprisingly short chain of people, i.e. a chain of "friend of a friend"s. There is a game where you try to connect everyone to Kevin Bacon, for example.
    8. Robin Williams is a creepy photo lab technician.
