So, it's Friday again already, and that means it's time for Movie Quiz #4. See how many movies you can identify.

As usual, the answers will be posted Saturday night or Sunday, or whenever the time seems right.

I'm just now finding these movie threads...I take it we're not supposed to post spoilers?

I'm only sure about 1, 3, 4, and 6. I'm pretty sure I've seen #2 but I just can't think of what it is at the moment.

#1 is the only one I'm sure of. #2 & 5 looks really familiar but I can't place them.
This will keep me guessing all weekend. And, I need to go watch some movies!

2 6 7 8 are all easy for me. Pretty sure on 1 but I need a bigger picture

I actually put 3, 7, and 8 in as the "easy" ones. I figured that 4, 5, and 6 would be fairly easy for those who have seen the movies, since those are pretty iconic images from their respective films.

Which leaves numbers 1 and 2 as sort of the "wild cards."

Yeah, I know I've seen 4, just can't place it for some reason--though I do have a guess for it. 2 and 6 were easiest for me, as I've seen both a few times I'm pretty sure about 1 now, too. Same director as 2? Or are hints not allowed

#4 - Preparing a meal in prison.
#5 - Released in 1963, and features at least a dozen actors you'd probably recognize.
#6 - On the back of Teddy's picture it says, "Don't believe his lies."

I re-watched #5 for the first time in decades with my kids a couple of months ago, (son is 12, daughter is 8), and we all really enjoyed it.

In fact, just last night me and my son sat down and watched #1. It nearly made the boy's head explode, (as do most movies involving time travel), but when the movie was over, he said it was "amazing."

I love introducing my kids to great movies, and cultivating good taste in movies, music and books is one of many things I really enjoy about being a dad.

I do think that #1 is up there in my top 5 favorite movies. I finally remembered #5. #2 is still driving me crazy. I KNOW that scene, but I just haven't placed it!

OK-I suck this week. #5 is the only one that I know 100% for sure. Showing my age I think...LOL
