Happy Friday, guys... Let's quiz!!

There are eight screenshots below, most of which should be fairly recognizable if you've seen the movies. The question is: which of the movies can you identify?

Please answer with movie numbers only, not titles. .

LOL I got #6, thru much fancy googling. I took a wild guess at the actor's name and apparently I was right!
Now I am sure I haven't seen that movie, and probably don't want to...unless you & bobsy convince me otherwise
Nah, it's probably not worth your time - it's no masterpiece, that's for sure. But, I've always been a big fan of post-apocalyptic movies, and while this isn't a great one, it's not horribly bad either. It definitely holds a lot of nostalgia points for me, though.

OK, time for a few hints!

#2 is a kitschy, sexually-charged, sci-fi vehicle for Jane Fonda from 1968. The band Duran Duran got their name from this movie's antagonist character.

#3 shows us what one man would do when suddenly given full access to memories of everything he's ever seen, learned, or done. In addition, he's acquired the ability to quickly absorb new knowledge, and easily achieve expert-level skills in new areas.

#4: The biggest hint for this one can be found in the creative cropping I did at the bottom of the screenshot. Figure out what that nameplate says, and you've got the second half of the movie's title.

I'd post more, but I'm short on time tonight. I'll be back later on to see if I've prompted any more replies. :)

    in a cave, eh?
More hints if you need 'em.

    1. We're off to Skull Island. Ooh!
    2. 60's Jane Fonda in revealing outfits. Ooh!
    3. A drug, NZT, enables you to increase the usage of your brain from 20% to 100%.
    4. The story of a sleazy men's magazine publisher who suffers a permanent, crippling injury from a fanatic with a rifle.
    5. The movie title was named after a type of cheap film used by amateur movie makers.
    6. A cult post-apocalyptic movie named for the character on the left (who was only 15 years old in the Harlan Ellison short story) and his canine friend on the right.
    7. A student is able to travel back in time with the intention of fixing the traumatic effects of his past. The title refers to a popular, hypothetical example in chaos theory which illustrates how, in any dynamic system, small initial differences may, over time, lead to large unforeseen consequences. Yes, that's the guy who replaced Charlie Sheen.
    8. Johnny 5 is a sentient robot who wanders away after a power surge causes his programming to malfunction. Steve Guttenberg has to track down and deal with his wayward creation before the army finds it and shuts it down.
