Except for a couple quick projects I had a lazy day.

Kev, take decongestants and lots of fluids. Get a good hot shower going and sit in the steam - that usually works pretty good for clearing a stuffed up head.

Went for a bicycle ride after I got home - need to get back on a regular schedule with that.
