Angus....Where should I have posted this?

Thanks Laylaa

This forum is a good spot for quicker answers.

The reviews of Suppliers forum, where you originally posted this, is for threads that are reviews of suppliers. This thread is not a review. Also, if you read the sticky threads in the Reviews of Suppliers forum, you'd see that other members would have been unable to respond to your thread, anyway.

OK, I confused. Please tell me the name of the forum I should have used. I keep on getting the reviews of suppliers.

Sorry Angus.......

When your on the e-cig forum main sight scroll down all the way until you see the Supplier forums. Ms T's is listed there and inside you can post. If for some reason you dont end up on the Main forum, scroll to very top and Hit the forum button

In my experience if I order on a Saturday it seems to take longer because of the weekend. Not saying Ms.T doesn't work on the weekend, usps just doesn't run on Sundays, so she doesn't mail them out till Monday. Under "normal" circumstances, if you ordered on 4/23 it should ship 5/2 or 3. But considering what Worf said it may be longer. There's about a week processing time, but I haven't been to her site lately so it may be different atm.
Have you visited her FB page? There are usually more updates there.

Hi Laylaa, I thought you might have received an email from me today too, but sorry if you didn't. Yes, Ms T was put down for part of this week by a flu-bug. We think it is better if she doesn't create while she is sick! I spoke with her earlier today however, and she was feeling somewhat better. Many people should already have received emails today/tonight changing their status to "Awaiting Shipment", which means she is working on them now. She does tend to work a great deal at night, and I know she is planning on getting alot done this weekend. Some stuff should ship tomorrow, and then again on Monday. I will post on our website and on Facebook at some point when I get word about what orders have shipped.

Also, the main link for this forum (Ms T's Forum) is Ms T's Bakery if you want to bookmark it. That will take you straight there. Typically if you want an even quicker response, please go to mstsbakery.com and use the "Contact Us" link to send me an email directly. I'll be happy to answer any questions. The last couple of days I have been a little slower on answering a few emails for a couple of reasons. It was a little difficult to get in touch with T sometimes due to the fact that she felt like death. Also, all of my family and many friends live in northern Alabama and Tennessee, and I have been concerned for their well being after the apocalyptic destruction that blasted through there this week. It has been difficult to contact some people. Fortunately for me, everyone I know is fine and took very little damage. Anyone reading this, please keep the South in your thoughts, and if you can help in any way by donating to aid organizations PLEASE do. Hundreds are dead and entire towns have been wiped from the face of the earth. Hundreds of thousands of people have been without power, and that may continue on for several more days. Having been through these kinds of experiences myself, I understand the gravity of what just happened, but it hasn't been this bad in about 80 years I think. So please help if you can, but if you can't then please pray for these folks, keep them in your thoughts, send positive energy, or whatever it is your personality will allow you to do. Thanks.

Brandon, glad to hear your family and friends are well. That twister damage was incredibly devastating. Those of us who live in the middle of the US know that is the one unique weather system that can bring a community to its knees with it's incredible power and ominous beauty. If you've ever seen footage of that enormous F5 that hit OKC a while ago, wow, what an awesome display of nature's power.

Ms. T...I know you are making money hand over fist and trying your best to satisfy all of us greedy .......s wanting our juice while we are still allowed to get it and the consequence of the long hours and pushing yourself is inevitably going to be a run down immune system, short and long term health issues. Take it from me too that vampire hours might seem like a fun way to live but it does take its toll health wise. We hope you feel well very soon and not just so you can get back to work. Sending good healthy thoughts your way. !Scott!

I ordered 1 bottle of juice on the 19th and it just shipped today..

Yeah, that is a little longer than it should be. Suggestion for Ms T if she or Brandon read this...............

If you are not already doing so, you should probably hire someone to package and prep for you so you can focus on filling orders. I mean someone could be handing you bottles and flavorings or whatever. They could also be packaging the orders once you have them filled. This would not effect your quality because you would still be personally mixing every bottle to your high standards, but it may speed things up a bit!!

Again, this is just a suggestion because as much as I can wait for the quality you have, I think your customer base may suffer from the lead times you are giving. 19th to the 26th is 7 days from order to shipping which is not terrible, but I think with the suggestion above you may be able to get it back down to 2 or 3 days, 4 at most.

CV

P.S. As your customer base grows, something has gotta give. It is obvious you are not going to be able to keep handling all of your orders by yourself. At some point you are going to need some help. I know having an employee is a pain in the ..., but I know you want to give great customer service because you are a wonderful person Ms T so I would hate to see your business suffer because you are trying to handle too much and put all the weight of the business on your shoulders. Give yourself some help and a break!!!!

Yes, I definitely believe with all that I am that Ms T's quality and flavor is worth any wait I have to endure. I will never stop ordering from her as long as she continues to make such awesome juice! I was just saying, some people are extremely impatient and I would hate to see her lose out on growing her business due to long lead times.

P.S. Just constructive criticism Ms T! You know I will always love ya!! SMOOCHES!!!!!!!!!!!
