Ms T's Bakery - Is this place a scam?

Placed an order October 8th have not received.
Placed another order October 31st have not received.

Is this place still in business? I understand their terms of service and long wait times, but given the advancement of e-juice over the past few years, you would think as a business owner you would want to speed up processing time?

I've contacted the bank and started chargeback procedures. If I'm off base with these folks please let me know. I've emailed them quite a few times and have heard nothing but crickets.

There's a thread in the e-liquids forum and yes it appears to be a scam, it sounds like you took the appropriate steps in time.

It's good you're doing a charge back, you might not have gotten your order until next year, if at all.

I've seen a lot of negative reviews of that venue for that same reason, and haven't noticed a response from the vendor or any indication of resolution. Not saying it's a scam, but I suspect your decision to chargeback is correct.

Takes money for merchandise. Doesn't deliver merchandise in a timely manner - if at all. And your definition of a scam would be "other"?
