Is this place still in business? I understand their terms of service and long wait times, but given the advancement of e-juice over the past few years, you would think as a business owner you would want to speed up processing time?
I've contacted the bank and started chargeback procedures. If I'm off base with these folks please let me know. I've emailed them quite a few times and have heard nothing but crickets.
