I ordered some ejuice from mt baker vapor, & not trying to put them down , but shortly it tasted like perfume! Anybody know if seduce juice, smokenmist, storm juice, or venum vapur is good? Even on shipping?

MBV makes their liquid to order. So, instead of having juice sitting, waiting to be ordered, they make it exactly how you say. You order, they make it, ship it, and it's at your doorstep in two or three days, not much time for the flavors to fuse and develop.
Anytime you order new juice, always do a smell test before vaping it.
If a juice smells perfumey:
-Keep cap off and pull out nozzle
-Place finger over opening and shake vigorously (if you don't feel comfortable doing this just replace the cap, shake, then remove cap and nozzle)
-Place bottle out of reach of children and/or pets for 4 or 5 days
-Repeat 2nd step once daily
By doing this you're allowing the alcohols in the flavorings to evaporate, thus removing the perfume scent/taste.
If juice smells funny/off:
-Re-place cap on bottle
-Shake vigorously
-Place bottle in a cool, dark place, out of reach of children and/or pets
-Let sit 5-7 days and do not disturb it

These are the "steeping" methods that seem to work best for me. After finished, if juice still taste/smells bad, repeat process. If still bad after four or five weeks, more than likely there is no saving the juice, it's simply bad.

Nine times out of ten MBV juices need to do some sort of steeping. The only juice of theirs I have ever had be good right out of package was their butterscotch. It takes some patience, but it's totally worth it in the end.

Good luck and happy vaping!

Again, leaving the cap off for more than 12-24 hours will reduce the nicotine and flavor.

Steeping instructions should have been included with your order from MBV.

This is absolutely true. I usually leave the lid on unless if a juice has a perfumey taste, in which case it can take a long time to settle down. In my experience anyway. .

I drove down from Vancouver, BC, Canada to visit their new store yesterday. I had never tried any of their juices before, wow!!! I was very impressed.

If u buy from the storefront, the juices are already steeped, and they are delicious. I purchased 2 bottles of moo juice and 2 bottles of thug juice. Everything was sooo good, I it was hard to choose which juice to buy.

They also threw in a bunch of freebies. I am now a big Mt Baker fan.

Give the juice a little time, I'm sure it will be great.

Taste and personal preferences vary. We have had some flavors from Mt. Baker Vapor that we have enjoyed greatly straight out of the mailbox - my daughter loves Hawk Sauce the day it comes in the mail, whereas I have seen others post that they prefer to steep it for varying lengths of time - and others, such as the creamy and bakery flavors that I prefer, need some steeping time.

Put the MBV eliquids to the side for a while, and see how you like them after they have had time to steep. Don't forget to shake the bottle well before filling or topping off your tank or carto.

i bought some mbv when i first started vaping and was very disappointed with the flavors... my own fault. i didnt let them steep not realizing they were made to order. ive let them sit for a month now and wow they taste excellent! do not leave the lid off the bottles while you steep. time and some shaking is all you can do.

I really wanted to MBV to work for me. My juices are now several weeks old, but no good. I got

Banana, Cola, Spearmint and RV4.

Sorry that's not necessarily the case... especially with nicotine.

In a PG/VG base the nicotine won't evaporate at any faster rate than the base chemicals it's mixed in. There's been tests performed (search this site) on how quickly nicotine will break down and oxidize. It takes quite a while even uncapped and exposed to direct sunlight. 12-24 hours will have no impact on the nicotine. Closed bottles and limited exposure to light should cause very little break down of the nicotine even after a year.

Flavors may be a slightly different matter. In many cases the perfumery smell/taste comes from alcohol based flavoring agents for the most part. In some cases Pure Grain Alcohol (PGA) is added to the mix to enhance certain flavor type and increase Throat Hit.

So storing with the cap off may allow a small amount of alcohol to evaporate, but not much in a 24-48 hour period.

For MB juices, as many others mentioned a typical steep will dial them in. Capped or uncapped won't alter the time factor, but uncapping does help certain perfume like flavors to calm down. Main thing is shake the bottles 1-2 times per day and store them in a cool/dark place. That's the best method I've found.

Sounds good, steep your juice with the lids off for a few days.

Sounds like you need to steep a bit. It really depends on the flavor, but in my experience MBV has had some really quick shipping and I've received flavors that were mixed like two days before they were in my hands. Sometimes it doesn't matter, but certain flavors need at least a few days to steep to get rid of that perfume-y artificial taste
