Eric,
Why can you use an MT3s head on an EVOD but not vice versa? Post length? I am enjoying the EVODs after giving up on Kanger completely after my first T3's I bought three one leaked one gurgled and one actually worked. after using vv's for a while I saw glowing reviews of the EVOD so I reluctantly tried a couple which I bought from you:vapor: So back to the question why one way and not the other?

Hi tdavids,

I know Eric will have a far more complete and in-depth explanation for you.

In the meantime, here are the links to the info Eric has on the MT3 coil heads (at top of page) and the eVod compatible coils. Maybe you can glean more information from these for now:

Kanger MT3 / MT3s Clearomizers

Kanger eVod Coils

There is a height difference in the middle section which prevents the MT3s from sealing all the way, with a protank/evod coil it does work but leaves a gap, in tests it didn't leak but that gap is unnerving and it may leak after a while if the coil goes soft so it's not an exact fit and because of that I cannot say it "fits"

all kanger would have to do is shorten the MT3 inner post by 1mm and then they would all be interchangeable.
