I had to stop by and thnk Mud for helping me out and making things right with me. It is along story but i couldn't order directly from eastmall for quite a while because of password problems and the website change. He went out of his way to help me.. It took awhile to get things going again for me but Mud was there ready to help me. It was appreciated Mud.. thanks

Customer Service is a thankless job at the best of times,
the only contacts that you get are usually complaints,
and or problems of some kind.
It is not an easy job to do,
and it takes a special kind of person to be able to do it well.
I know that he works like a Trojan, to get this job done well,
he goes above and beyond what is required on many many occasions, to make the customer happy, and solve the issues.
I am glad to see appreciation for the work that he does.
Just to add my two cents. 
During my orders, I also had two issues. The first issue was sorted by Mud very quickly. 
The second issue was also sorted by him, and I am just awaiting the missing part with my shipment that I am currently waiting for. Thanks Mud, you Rock.

got my package today and thanks for the gift of WINK WINK i felt like i won the lottery when i saw the box( first i was like what the hell is this box for, then i opened it wow la ), Mud you are awesome, truly a great guy.
