Organic Japanese cotton is organic Japanese cotton. The ones that comes from the US is also OJC. Just repacked in a fancy packaging with the words vape and Cloudz on it and paying YouTubers to market it for them. Save that money and spend it on some quality US made juice. That is a sure fire way to save money on cotton and also maximize it's lifespan. Just so you guys know, kangertech includes muji cotton in ALL their subox mini kit.

For the most purest taste use stainless steel mesh. Last long too.
Exactly. $12 smackers on amazon and you can get an 80 count pads of kgd. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...&pf_rd_r=19B9FDT09W2RY8THSMWR#customerReviews

or you can spend $96 on the same thing from these guys http://www.myvaporstore.com/Kami-Japanese-Organic-Cotton-p/kamo1.htm

Trust me when I say it is the SAME thing.

I realised there are many people posting different brands of cotton and as long as they see that it is organic they start thinking they can be used. Please, do your homework and research. If you do not see any experts using these brands, then do not even start. Organic does not mean it is clear to use.

Do not post it here if you do not have adequate knowledge of it as it may mislead others into thinking it can be used. I am worried someday people might start telling one another that sanitary pads can be used.

I wish some day, moderators in forums would get off their high horses, and come back down to the realm of the mortals.

I believe this is a “free” forum, where an individual is free to post, within the rules of this sub-forum. I do not see anywhere that is written that homework and research, plus adequate knowledge is a pre-requisite to start sharing. I come from a highly regulated industry, where the rules and regulation are accepted and adhered to globally. If only the e-cig industry is just as regulated, then I gladly submit to the idea that homework, research, plus adequate knowledge, with a set of benchmarks that can be applied against, are ideal. I challenge you to come up with a set of benchmarks where “organic” is not “organic” and when you do, I will gladly respond with another counter argument against your statement.

I give a few examples:

I think everyone agrees that Pbusardo’s youtube videos are right up there as amongst the best. He uses oscilloscopes to test varying signal voltages, heat guns to test temperature of coils etc. By your standard then, has anyone questioned if the equipment that he uses are calibrated, or subject to yearly calibration? If he has not, can you then consider that he has performed the necessary research?

There is a thread about liquids obtained from our neighbors. Numerous recommendations are listed on these threads. Has anyone that has posted, shared and commented if the ingredients used to brew these liquid safe? Are these liquids free from Diacetyl, Acetyl Propionyl And Acetoin, for example? Thus, by your high standards, forum members who post in these threads should perform their due diligence, do their homework and research, before they can post their recommendations or share their finds? If not, why then the double standards?

With TC mods being the current trend, we have grimmgreen that says he is unsure about the safety of NI200, while Pbusardo thinks it is fine. In a sub forum thread, TC Mods and coils are discussed. Is there any National Safety department anywhere in the world that says NI200 is a safe medium to be used for vaping? How then can one do their homework and research? Again by your comment, any forum members should not post and share anything regarding TC Mods and coils?

There are “risk” and there are “calculated risk”. At this stage, there is no universal rules and / or regulations, regarding the safety of e-cigs. Any individual can do their necessary homework and research, and from there determine if the products that they are about to use are safe and suits their habits. These are where “risks” and “calculated risks” comes into play.

My $0.02 opinion. I'm out of here.

I would gladly invite you to be more proactive with your knowledge in order to assist more newbies and leading them in the right direction, if challenging one's knowledge is your main motive. You should put your good references into threads that need help.

You are a weird one. When I did share an alternative source for "organic" cotton, you took offence and state that I need to do my homework and research.

Now, when I point to the error(s) of your ways, I am advised to be pro-active.

Someone, with less than a "Type A" personality, would have been frightened off by your initial challenge !!! Have you seen a doctor for your schizophrenia tendencies?

Now now, if I did take offence, I would have quoted you. You are not the only one that is introducing different brands of cotton out there. I am reading the thread as a whole, not just your one post. I believe you have been the one who is taking offence because coincidentally my post just happened to be just below your post. Mentioning challenge wasn't done by me, it was initiated on your end.

Lastly, are you initiating false accusations that I have schizophrenia tendencies?

We shall leave it and end it here. There is no need for any challenges. You can have a happy stay here to learn and share knowledge with others, but I have the right to remind everyone to be safe and do more research before executing anything.

Innisfree Organic 100% Cotton Pads. Easily available at Innisfree outlets. S$% per pack.

This pack of cotton looks bleached like the bodyshop ones I mentioned earlier. (Not that I've seen it in person)
But my experience with bleached organic cotton = no, taste does goes off but you'll be better off getting something tested and proven (KGD hint hint, local distributor easily availble)
