Sooooooo

As I use and rotate MANY tanks so that brings on minor problems of keeping up things like coils age, tracking what flavor profiles I put through coils, perhaps ohms tracking on some, nickel this Ka that. I even have to mark the bottoms with numbers with a sharpie like batteries.

How do you keep track? How many do you keep going? I gave in and just started a spread sheet a few weeks ago. Embarrassing to even admit but it is what it is. I like to keep lots of flavors rotating to keep the taste buds alive.

Am I alone on an island here or heck maybe there is an app for that lol? (prob not for my Windows phone though).

Just thought I would check...

I have about 6 tanks for now, thinking of selling most of them. I'm simple with vaping haha.
All but one tank has kanthal. The only tank that has ni200 is only on my sigelei 75w and never comes off unless I fill it up.
All but one tank has unflavored e-liquid. Like above the only tank with with unflavored iso n the Sigelei 75w.

Nothing embarrassing about using a spreadsheet to keep track. Whatever helps you keep it all straight, is all that matters.

I keep a spreadsheet.

Just filled 7 tanks. I have 12 in rotation plus backups for my backups

I keep track of what juice is in the tank and which ones also go in there. Keep the berries together etc.

I track the coil and when it was replaced, when the tank was last cleaned. Which mods are in the weeks rotation. A different page for my expenses and a wish list.

Yeah I have 8 RTA's and 2 drippers currently loaded up ready for action. No spread sheet here. I just keep an eye on things like juice color and taste. If taste starts dropping off I change and rewick after I Vape it down. I try not to waste to much juice. When I clean the tank and dry burn I make a determination at that point to recoil. Cheers!

Guilty as charged! 5 tanks always ready, loaded, and within reach with 2 others readily available for use if desired. I keep them neatly organized on a small stand with the bottle of juice right behind them for identification and refilling. See avatar.

Yep! I also have and maintain a multi page spreadsheet ranking every juice I have tried and where I got it; nic level, pg/vg ratio, and flavor shots when available; what coil is in each tank, ohms, and when replaced last; Which tank, ohms, watts each juice tastes better in/at (until I realized that could easily change day by day); sets of married batteries, when charged/used, and what order installed in mod; and which juice needs replacing on next order/purchase. Yeah, I think that is everything.

Time consuming? Yes, but it gives this old retired guy something to do with my time.

Man, I must be crazy. I have 18 tanks in rotation. I cut a 7" square section of hardwood plywood and drilled a bunch of holes in it for the 510 connectors. I have 7 Kayfun Lites, 6 Kayfun v4's, 3 Subtank minis, a Starre tank, and an Aerotank. I have a different juice in each one and I use colored, plastic drip tips to keep track of the flavor profiles. I'll usually use 4 per day and the exact rotation changes each day. I'm really trying to cut back. Honest.

I also use a block to store stuff, real bad about buying extras of stuff and over buying on ejuice. The tracker I think will help me make my coils last longer.

Try to sell off extra juice when I can but the classifieds has been going sssllllooowww. :)
