The name "Adrenalin Junkie" suggests a dynamic, exciting and powerful flavour experience that will challenge lovers of traditional flavours. The previous 'Sugarmamma' was no slouch either, but here the sweetness factor is heightened with a chocolate, hazelnut and biscuit praline flavour. Before you quickly jump into the purchase, a bit of info: if you try it in an atomizer tank, you'll have to make a big and expensive compromise, as this baby is an abominable coke. At the beginning of the test, I tested my sense of smell to see what might be in the flask without reading the manufacturer's instructions. My guess was Ferrero Rocher, which in hindsight I don't think isn't that far off.
The scent is a mix of chocolate and hazelnut, with a strong and very luscious finish.
After the first taste, as the sweetness was sky high, I thought "that'll be good, I'll spit it out now and then". Then, as I got deeper into the whirlwind of flavours, I started thinking I should stock up on another bottle. On the inhale, you get the intense flavours of hazelnut and chocolate, then on the exhale you get the punchy sweetness that brings out the praline effect. The chocolate is soft and creamy, and it's an awful lot of fun, while the pronounced, slightly roasted hazelnut flavour is a real treat. The punchy sweetness might be borderline for some, but with a sweet like this, you have to feel like you're actually chewing the praline. Cheeky little stuff has emerged from the manufacturer's vision, despite the fact that it pollutes the rolls abominably, as that's all I can quibble with about the product. For my part, this little "flaw" is negligible in the RTA tank enthusiast circles, and considering the price of about 7-8 euros, it could be a good buy for the sweet tooth.
