Here's part 1 - Music Lovers...If you could only have 10 albums to listen to forever...

The OP closed his account but I'll copy/paste the "rules" here as he laid them out...

****************************************************************
"OK fellow music lovers, here's one of the toughest questions you can be asked.

"If you could only have 10 albums in your collection to listen to for the rest of your life, what would they be?"

Rules:
--Double albums are OK, but you can have only one. Please denote a double album with an asterisk. For the younger crowd who may not remember "double LP albums", this is the same as a double CD set. If you don't know what a "double CD set" is, then you are too young to play  No seriously, give it a shot anyway :)
--NO "Best of..." albums
--NO duplicate artist (only one artist per list)
--Please only post one list per day. Duplicates on another post is fine, but try to change up at least half of your selections. All other rules still apply."
****************************************************************

I'll use my first 10 of the day from my first 10 in PT 1 to kick this off

Funkadelic ~ Maggot Brain
Deep Purple ~ Made In Japan*
Hendrix ~ Electric Ladyland*
Stones ~ Let It Bleed
Ten Years After ~ SSSSH
Blind Faith
Jethro Tull ~ Thick As A Brick
Zappa ~ Bongo Fury
Black Sabbath ~ Black Sabbath
Hogwood/AAM ~ Beethoven Symphony #9

*I'm not going anywhere without both

(and I'm breaking the "rules" already )

Yeah I think some of the greatest hits albums were good. Dylan comes to mind.
I can't play this tho, there are way too many good ones and my moods and tastes change. It'd be like putting music in a cage.

I agree but it is kind of fun to try so come on give it a shot
