I recently had an incident with one of the many Electronic Cigarette suppliers that really needs to be mentioned to one and all! I was blown away by the EXCELLENT customer service response by a supplier that I purchased 2 EGO Mega 1000 mAh batteries from. I would like to recommend “Mike & Carol’s Internet Store to all of you.
I purchased my batteries from these folks based solely on doing a quick search around on the web for the best price on these 2 batteries. I ordered them on Friday and today (Monday!) they arrived super fast packed
beautifully double wrapped and in a sturdy BOX. I was very glad to get them and popped one in my EGO charger in short order. After charging I tried the first battery for the first time and UGH!!! After pushing the button on the battery the white light in the button just started flashing over and over (it’s still flashing now 6 hours later!) It was defective. Oh well, these things happen so after calling Mike & Carol’s Internet Store a VERY pleasant “Mike” answered the phone.
Mike was so helpful – spending lots of time with me on the phone helping me diagnose the problem as he suspected that I might be having trouble with my charger. He even followed up the call with a couple of emails to see how the test on my charger was going and assuring me that if the battery was at fault that he would surely make that right.
Later that day we concluded that there indeed was a problem with the battery and 14 hours later I received an email that a replacement was on it’s way. And 48 hours it arrived functioning perfectly! It’s very rare that you find a seller that seems to honestly care about your problem like Mike & Carol’s Internet Store!
