Well, so far I am pleased with my istick - my only knock on the MVP2 is my bad hands vs the fire button - I've not had any issues with mis-fires, or getting a nice vape with pre-made BVC 1.8ohm heads - true, I *am* on the lowest setting, but it's not too hot or burnt to me. Time is the true test, but so far, so fine for me.

Almost looks like a rocker switch on there. :)

yea it's sorta messy, did it real quick i could have done a better job on it, yet it works well and like Vince i use my thumb-knuckle.......my fingers & knuckles hurt sometimes after awhile of use and this has helped me....not that there are any problems with the button the prob is with my fingers, gettin old & stiff........i know there are too many posts to go thru for info but there have been many little additions done to the MVP in the old thread listings, i'm pretty sure it's all been done somewhere by someone.

Yo fellas. Ive been off doing that life thing for a while and havent checked in. Over 4 months (prolly close to 5 now?) without a cig. Found another juice I like (cotton candy) that doesnt gunk my coils, so between that, my coils being spaced out, and using rayon I can go a long time between rewickings :D

donesmokin how are ya man- healing up well?

MVP2 has been awesome- no issues, vapes great with Russian/Protank2, and no discernable loss of battery life. Hopefully we have some new fellas on the MVP train :vapor:

I've had mine for a year now and it's not lost a beat in performance or charge..
It's either gonna last another year or die in an instance from dropping it too many times.

The only thing i have to do with my MVP is remember when it was charged last lol
It's never went yellow or red on me away from the house yet..

I hope they make a 3.0 but keep the spirit of the 2.0.

Even still, i'm gonna get another one just in case:vapor:

Good morning MVPers. Been a while, but tried going to 0 nic a couple weeks back.

Did NOT work for me, I started to feel like Vaping wasn't satisfying and had my first thought of an anolog in months.

Went to B&M the next day and am back to 4 mg and the analog thoughts went away.

Whew...crisis averted ;)

Hey All. Love my MVP2. Can't think of a single problem I've had with it. Love that I can go for a few days on a single charge etc.

Question: At full charge, it is at 4.2V. Now, I always vape at very low voltage. Usually topped with a clearo running 1.8Ohm single coils. Lasts and last... plenty of great flavor. Just wondering though, if it only goes up to 4.2V fully charged, how could you possible turn the voltage up past 4.2? Am I missing something?

the MVP Vapes up to 5 volts...3.3 to 5 volts or from 6 to 11 watts......when charging the consensus from experienced MVP users say to charge at 3.7 to 4.1 and not to fully charge to 4.2.....this practice is done to maximize/extend battery life (cycles)......the chip inside the MVP acts as a boost and stores energy from the battery to reach the Voltage set when the button is pressed, this is how you can vape at up to 5 volts.....someone else can explain the technical terms, but that's basiclly how it works.

edit: not everyone will agree to the charging regiment from above and that's cool...... PuffZ coined the Phrase "charge soon charge often" and i been wondering where he is....

Close enough. Anyone really interested can look into buck-boost circuits.

Before you buy another MVP, you *may* wish to explore the new 'iStick'. While very new, it *may* become a MVP killer. Battery life is very close to the same, smaller package, doesn't fall over (even with a topper on it), for those that care, it goes to 20 watts, and the fire button is way easier to push. In my book, it only needs the test of time to beat the MVP. It also costs less (but only by a bit).

Have a MVP 2 with a aero tank, a nautilus , iclear 16 and a Evod tank. MVP works good on all of them if I can keep them in coils long enough. Different juice in each one. Wish the nautilus had as much air control as the aero. I have itaste vv for back up but the bigger tanks don't do as well on it
