Do you have another device or Ohm-checking device you could test your atomiser on? Your MVP2 might be faulty. Failing that, your atomiser coil might need cleaning or replacing, if the iClear is a rebuildable (I'm not familiar with it, sorry!) Best thing to do is test the resistance on another device and compare. Find the source, and work from there.

sounds like maybe ONE of your dual coils 'popped'

and you're running your dual coil on a single coil...

I agree. That would be my guess too. If one coil in a dual-coil atty dies, the resistance of the atomizer immediately doubles (a 2.1 ohm DC consists of two 4.2 ohm coils).

I agree too, as yeah those are parallel circuits and that falls into place. Good catch pufZeppelin!
