So, after not being used for about a week (I got some new PVs) I plugged in my MVP to top off the charge. Readout's telling me that it's at 3.9v, but when I plug it in I get no light show, and even after leaving it charging for hours there's no change in voltage. I've tried multiple different cables and wall adapters, but no luck.
I submitted a ticket on Saturday asking about a replacement and haven't received a response. How long a turnaround does madvapes customer service usually have? It's a little disappointing that I get quicker responses from certain Chinese vendors.
