MVP won't charge, ticket being ignored?

So, after not being used for about a week (I got some new PVs) I plugged in my MVP to top off the charge. Readout's telling me that it's at 3.9v, but when I plug it in I get no light show, and even after leaving it charging for hours there's no change in voltage. I've tried multiple different cables and wall adapters, but no luck.

I submitted a ticket on Saturday asking about a replacement and haven't received a response. How long a turnaround does madvapes customer service usually have? It's a little disappointing that I get quicker responses from certain Chinese vendors.

LoL. It's a bit weird having half the conversation here, but Ok.

I only used the included charging cable once, and that was to check to see if it would work after my charging issues started. No luck. It's definitely the MVP itself that's messed up. I'll get it packaged up and in the mail as soon as I can.

Thanks SimianSteam, sorry for the delayed response :(

Seems we're getting back a few MVP's with charging problems. Too bad because it's such a cool device, hopefully it will level out.

Considering how many of these are made I'd be surprised if there werent some defects. No biggie. It's still an awesome device, one of my favorites in three years of vaping.

So... MadVapes did ship me a replacement, but they shipped it to the wrong address. Instead of sending it to my current address (the address I had the first one sent to, and that was also listed as my default shipping address on my account) they sent it to what was still listed as my default billing address (I've updated it since). When I put in a ticket I was told to "Contact the post office and they'll forward it". Unfortunately it was already delivered, and I don't have the ability to retrieve it. I replied to the ticket saying as much and haven't received a response. Granted, it's only been a day since I responded so they may still be going through yesterdays tickets, but the lack of response all day yesterday and so far today has me worried.

Has anyone else ever had anything like this happen? What do you do?
