MVR showing records from a MONTH before I bought it??

Hey guys, I was just looking at the graphs and records on MVR from my new eVic.. I bought the kit about 2 weeks ago on June 26th I believe from my local vape store.. I'm noticing that on the Graph it's showing a record of use (puffs, voltage, etc..) from like a month before I bought it?? It's showing a record of use from like May 23 or something, only 1 day but still a month before I actually bought it.

I think I've seen somebody else mention this here about their eVic before.. Was mine maybe previously used and returned back to the store that I bought it from? Thanx

It could have been tested by the owner or an employee of the shop to ensure it worked correctly or it could have been used as a demonstration for somebody.

Most vendors don't accept returns unless its defective. You could always use the reset code to delete all that data.

My eVic came in a sealed box with 7 puffs on the total puff counter. I assume they test the unit at the factory.

Mine had the same thing, it either was demo'd in the store I bought it from, tested before leaving the factory, or one of my local b&m's is shady! I'm leaning toward the 2 later.

Hmm.. Well when I bought the kit, the box still had the plastic saran-wrap seal on it - so it must've been the factory unless my local vape store could re-seal it themselves

Relax, they all go through testing before shipping. Joyetech is not like most china manufacturers. They have a strong Retail presence to protect.

Yap mine have a couple of puff in the MVR like a month before i got it.. Look like a quality control test, my record shows like one or tow puff in diferent volts all in same day
