All looks good. Id go with the first scale as it measures in 0.01g increments. Just a heads up, it is likely you will find that you go through the 10ml bottles of concentrates very quickly but in the same respect its smart to go with small quantities of concentrates until you have a good idea of which ones you like.
But won't you get bored of all that liquid having the same taste?

You will get a feel for how much you go through of each concentrate. I have found 30ml bottles of concentrates is perfect for my use, but that said I have about 40 different flavors on hand and I restock maybe once a year.
How I'm starting out is finding recipes that look good then buying the concentrate for it also shod I mix down my nic bace form 100mg

I have ~3L in my freezer now. I'm probably a bit older than you, so 4L should be good for a very, very long time for you. Good idea buying just a few flavors to start. I made the mistake of ordering a bunch of stuff without having actual recipes in mind. Didn't make for the smoothest introduction to DIY for me.
Your nic base should be fine at 100mg/ml as long as you transfer it to a glass container and keep it cool. I like to store mine in the freezer.
Going to buy some mech and rda's throw out the year prob 2 more DNA mods and I shod be all set if thy shut us down

Sounds like a good plan. When you get the mechs, consider getting some kicks which should fit with most mechs. Advantage is one, a little extra protection (same is true of just buying a fuse) and two, setting a voltage and getting a more even vape sorta like your regulated mods. and when those die, you've still got the mech to use as long as it holds out, which should be a long time except maybe for the spring on the fire button.
Oh, stick with mechs with 510 connections, not the faux hybrids.
