My account needs updating

Hi,I see that on my SI account it still shows processing on my last order but it has been delivered,also need account points updated for the purchase.
I for sure am not a computer guy so dont know what needs to be done to the system to get it to update properly But something needs fixin !

PS I do see where it took a review I made on the carry case but still no update on the order and points.

when you spend points on an order unfortunately you do not earn points :(
I see, apparently I misunderstood as I could see where out beside a product it says points earned for purchase.
I did not see where it says that if you were using points that were already earned by prior purchase that more points would not be earned by current purchase.

Once you set the amount of points you wish to use on your purchase, the points earned on the items in your cart will revert to zero.

I have to say that this policy doesn't make a lot of sense. :confused:

I'm glad I found out about this before I used my points on a high point item (X2 for example). I guess will now only use points on orders that have little or no points attached to them.
