Is the button accident-proof like the SB? Great pics btw.

No button is accident proof. The BB does not have a recessed button like the SB. The switch requires enough force to activate that is can be safely carried in a shirt pocket or loose front pocket with no wories. I would not put it in a back pocket though, we would not want any .... vaping goin on :p

like the looks but what is with that button looks out of place , why not go with the sleek and sexy SB style button ??

Because then it would look exactly like the SB, lol. I'm glad it's slightly different.

Actually, I'm sure there's a better reason than that, like it's too small to fit the battery in with a recessed button or something.

And it would be 100x times the size ;P There's a reason why it has the girth, and it's not because we think it would be 'cool' :p But I guess we can use tact switches...if that's what people want

I like the switch. I think it gives it a different look than the SB, but still looks nice. I could see some fanboys complaining that it looks like the protege switch and you stole his design, though. It really doesn't look the same at all, but you know how people are.

It looks nice and it has a big button...you obviously didn't come up with that design yourself! :p

I want whatever button will put one of these bad boys right into my shopping cart faster!

P.S.
It looks nothing like the Protege switch whatsoever...lol

Ha! I can't even see anyone saying that the button resembles that of the protege or even the unit. Looks nothing like it. Did you see the picture of the two sitting next to each other? ;)

indeed, i'm a PS fanboy as well (and i do love Rob's work too, just haven't picked up the SB...."yet" ;p ) and i don't think the button looks like the Protege button at all.
