My blu pack acting wonky

I've had my blu for a month. My pack isnt charging properly. There is not a solid blu light.
It flashes when the cig battery is charging. I want to upgrade to their new pack. Any advice?

Use a Qtip with a bit of alcohol on it and clean the contacts inside where you screw in the battery and also clean the contact on the battery. Make sure if you are using the ac adapter that plugs into the wall that it is not shorting out (plug pack into usb and see if it still has charging issues). I had my ac adapter short out and it wont charge my pack properly but the pack works fine.

Blu carries a one year warranty. If its only a month old, get it replaced under warranty.

The usb charger chargers my baterries fine. Thanks for advice!
