My Cloupor T5 Stopped working

    It can happen with any device at anytime - CHINA - Though no one wants it to happen to them.

    That's a bummer I know how it feels :mad:, had a sigelei-30 week and half and had to send it back, I asked for a refund.

    Did you get any liquid in the 510 connector by any chance that could have leaked down?

    Better now then when it's off the warranty.

    After 3 days my T5 stopped working. I have a very faint image on the screen an the devise will not fire. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Sorry... I couldn't resist... Sorry to hear that though on a serious note. What battery are you using? Have you tried a different battery just to make sure the battery didn't go belly up?

    I bought the unit from Vapor King Official Home Page | Electronic Cigarettes | Vapor Cigarette | Electric Cigarette. I just sent them an email informing the unit stop working so let's see what they say. Hopefully the do the right thing by me and offer an exchange or refund.

    I will keep you all posted.

    I'm curious how this turned out for you. My cloupor T5 that I received 10 days ago just stopped working tonight. I was using it while on my PC, reached for it and it wasn't on. 5 clicks.... nothing......plugged it in......nothing.......tried 2 more fully charged batteries.......still nothing. I bought mine from VapeNW

    ebay? i bought from them as well. I've had mine for about a week, and it just took a dump an hour ago. it won't fire. reads 0.3 ohms no matter what you put in it. and it won't say check atomizer when it should. just simulates like its firing but i cannot get it to fire on a fresh purple efest.

    So the company exchanged my T5 for a new one. Used it for about a day and had no problems with it. Put it on the charger and when I took it off the unit stopped working again. What a piece of garbage. I'm sure the company will give me a hard time but I don't even want to exchange it. I want my money back on this piece of garbage. I sent the company an email so let's see how they respond. I will keep you guys updated but in my opinion, DO NOT BUY THE T5!!!

    Maybe I got lucky. I've had mine for about 3 weeks and have absolutely loved it! No issues at all and can't find a single fault. The thing has quickly become my absolute favorite mod. Even when I'm running a lower build like this weekend when I was only putting 15 watts I used it exclusively. It just seems to hit so much better and certainly more consistently than anything else I own!

    Just a quick update on this. The company I bought this from, "Vapor Kings" did the right thing and gave me a refund as I requested, no questions asked. Looks like the T5 has been nothing but a disaster from the unit itself all the way through the "BIG" announcement on 9/16.... I will stick to my American Muscle Mechanical Mods. Lesson learned.
     
    I feel like I need to add my 2 cents to this thread even though it is several days old. I bought a T5 a little over a month ago. It worked great for a couple weeks until I did the update, which fried it instantly. Cloupor did great and promptly sent me the replacement that I asked for. Directly from Hong Kong to me in like 3 days. However.... The replacement lasted only 4 days before it gave up and released its magic smoke... Even though I never did any upgrade on it. I have no complaints against Cloupor since their customer service was very fast and helpful, but I have completely lost faith in the T5 itself.
