Mine was stolen off of Amazon.com... it's the only place I used it. Rep at the bank said amazon is one of the easiest to rip...

I use a "virtual credit card" from my CC company for purchases where I don't use PayPal.

One CC number per vendor per purchase with an upper limit just a few dollars above purchase price with an expiration date of 2 months.

No problems, yet...
