My Dual Coil Build Wont Fire

I have a problem with dual coils every time I attempt one I can not get it to fire. I try each coil on its own and it fires just fine. But when I try to use both nothing. The same thing happens when I try to do a twisted coil wrap. I'm guessing it a battery issue seeing how I'm using a mechanical mod. I'm using trustfire batteries right now but I got some better batteries coming. Just wondering if that will solve my problem.

Both sides fire alright on their own?

It sounds like you may be tripping the protection on your batteries. (if they're protected)

Yeah that seemed to be the problem I guess trust-fire 18350 batteries can't handle .5 ohms. I got some high drain 18650 batteries now works just fine.

That drove me nuts when I got one of my hybrids. Switched over to some unprotected IMRs and it worked like a champ.

Yeah most 18350's AFAIK only have a 5-6A output rating, and even at 3.2v, you're looking at 6.4A.
