Sounds like air-flow problem. When I had a cheapy Smoke51, I had to hold my finger over one of the airholes to get a good hit. Think it can work both ways.....too much or not enough air. Maybe screw the battery on then back it off a quarter of a screw. OR.....find the air holes (between the battery and the atty) and cover one with your finger and see if that works. If it does, stick a piece of scotch tape over it and go. I agree with Capt. Jay.....get a better PV and you'll be amazed at how much better it works. Can't go wrong with Cignot....get an eGo...they're dynamite. I swear by mine!!!
