my ego aio all in one is not charging

i just bought a brand new ego aio all in one and i t was charging just fine the last few days when i tried to charge it today it didnt charge i tried looking up in the internet there was many that have the same problem.
i tried everything i can.
anyone have a fix.
the battery is working fine it fires and when u put ejuice it vapes but when i try to charge it doesnt light up and doesnt charge, hope somone can help me and have a fix for my problem.

Only suggestion I might have is to maybe try a different usb cable or wall wart and hope that's where the issue is?

It's possible it malfunctioned early on, I guess. Was this a sudden change did anything weird happen to it before this issue?

If you are somewhat new to vaping, well you could find a few youtube reviews on the subject and see if you are missing some magic mystery set of clicks, or something, you could take it in to the vape shop to see if they can help you with it (if you have one) and worst case, you may have to warranty it if it's new.

Unfortunately, some of the smaller AIO kits are just not that robust, and battery troubles are certainly not unheard of along with other things.

Have you ever tried the different usb cables? It could be your charging port breaks done, we suggest you contact your retailer or send email to joyetech service for more help with receipt. Hope this helps!

Check for debris like pocket lint in the usb port also.
