I've used both types and preferred the B. It holds more liquid and seemed to work a bit better than the A's. I hope you get T atties that work for ya right out of the box, but, it's a good idea to have some cartomizers as backup. The Boge 2.0 are very good and easy to use. Also, madvapes has ego mega dual coil cartomizers that hold anywhere from 3.5 to 4.5 mls of liquid. Depending on the juice you use, they can last you quite awhile and are alot more durable than the tanks if you are out and about.

A type A atty is nice to have, along with a drip tip for a lot of sampling. You can use a drip tip on a type B as well, of course, but I prefer the smaller size of the A for that.

Since there is no such thing (yet) as a forever atty, and they are pretty inexpensive, you might want to try both and see which fits your style the best. It's all about the comfort and enjoyment :)

Welcome and congrats on your new kit. I'm not a user myself but a little tip, try it out first and if it doesn't work for you then try the other type. Just know every week the next new and greatest comes out. Lots of things to buy and try so just pace yourself lol. Your CC will appreciate it :)

i agree with beans. test it out first. i have the ego-t myself and its been a good starter kit for me. to be honest it gets leaks sometimes and that was frustrating. ive never had the type b but my friend who does have it wasnt too happy.

I have had good luck with my ego T type A's. I plan to try out some type B's just because I'd like the larger size and not having to refill as often.

I haven't tried them yet, but I've heard a number of people report that leaks can usually be cured by using silicone end caps. Cignot has them, among others.

I have an eGo-T system and started with the Type "A" atties and tanks. After reading a bit here on the forum, I ordered the Type "B" LR atties and tanks. The Type "B" atties and tanks are much better!!

I also ordered the silicone end caps to replace the plastic ones. Since the switch to the silicone end caps, the only time I get leaking is when I've vaped a lot and am down to about a 1/4 of tank and there is a lot of condesation in the top part of the tank.

I kept my Type "A" atties and popped out the spike plate to use a drip atties.

See the Tank does seem cool at first, and is passable, like you wont be miserable with it...But I dunno the Atties and the tank system as convenient as it is, it doesn't save you enough time or a mess enough to really sacrifice the quality...By that I mean most people will tell you you get a better vape with a cartomizer of your choice, the tank system or the Atty or whatever just really seems to dull it out...But don't freak out or worry about itjust order some cartomizers when you can..Two drips of juice directly onto atties when you first get them and after everytime you clean them

OHHHHH...This is the big thing you need to enforce in your head and it took me awhile myself...When I was a smoker, I was what me and my friends considered a power smoker...I didn't necessarily chain smoke but when I did smoke, I took long giant drags and would smoke my cigarette in about 2 minutes or so where as my friends would take 4 or five...So I'm used to pulling hard...The tank system, and this is my biggest beef with it, will not allow you to do that...If you suck in too hard you will flood it out and the juice will go through the atty into the battery..You have to do it gently...Hard to understand but you'll see what I mean, otherwise you'll pul it and not realize it's leaking and then when you go to grab it out of your pocket you will a wonderful sticky mess...So watch out for that and careful of the ignorant friends trying to suck a golf ball througha garden hose with it

Thanks everyone all good input... Gonna order some type b anyway and see whats up to my liking.

Considering the low cost - that is probably the best thing. All anyone else can really tell you it what works for them. With vaping as with so many other things, "One size fits all" rarely ever does.

If you suck in too hard you will flood it out and the juice will go through the atty into the battery..You have to do it gently...

OK, so the 'sucking a golf ball through a garden hose' bit made me laugh out loud - woke the dog and everything. :D
Talk about bringing back a vivid memory of a location and a conversation from ages ago.

Gently is definitely the way to go. In fact - if you want to make sure you get a weak hit, suck it hard and fast. But if you use a nice slow long draw, you will be rewarded with a lot of thick, rich vapor - and flavor that will blow you away.

Think of it this way. You are drawing air past the atomizer. Thats where vapor is being formed. The faster the air passes through there, the less time it has to pick up vapor. But if it is moving nice and slow, there's plenty of time to get max effect.

I like to let off the battery button about 2 seconds or so before I stop drawing. That lets me get all the vapor that was produced instead of having it end up as condensation.
