I've ordered most of my stuff from TW (510, PCC, Liquid, Atomizers, 901mini, carts, small bottles and a few other things) and I just have to say, I'm very impressed! The products are in-tact when they arrive, I've yet to get anything DOA (Which is all luck from what I've heard), damaged, incorrect.
The only small problems I've had were worked out with little effort from my part, after letting them know, they have taken care of everything else.
Even small and meaningless questions were answered without that "You idiot" feel to it.
My most recent story was when I was waiting on some liquid and my 901mini. After I had ordered them I had a family emergency that I had to leave town for, and the first flight I could get was a 2 days from then.
I was running short on liquid (Down to a 5ml bottle) so I wanted to get my new liquid before I had to leave. Normally I would have been stuck but I only live about an hour or so from their 'store'. So I sent them an e-mail asking if I could drive out and pick up my orders. They told me I couldn't do that because it is just a wearhouse and not a store front, but she would try to find my order and see what could be done about getting it out A.S.A.P. Not long after I got another email saying they were unable to locate my order in the 200+ that were in line to be boxed and shipped. Now the liquid ended up getting to me the next day (Only takes a day to get to me anyway so I had enough liquid to last me on the trip)
Now even though they could not locate the order, I was very happy and impressed that they made an attempt. I'm sure everyone has had dealings with a company that seemed to fight you every step of the way, and TW was a breath of fresh air in the customer service department!
I must say even thought I haven't been vaping long, TW will have my business for as long as I need supplies.
My hats off to you TW. If I could, I would hug you.
