Good Job!!
Theres nothing more satisfying than vaping from a piece you made with your own two hands, knowing that you will not be spending so much on the stock batteries anymore..!!
Looks very clean.
Welcome to the addiction peaceoffcake. Im sure you have been eyeballing other mods that you would like to attempt now as well..

One thing I have been paying attention to now that I have heard a few stories of exploding batteries is; please make sure the path of least resistance is not pointing toward your face. I can't tell how your atomizer connector is secured in there but just from the pics it looks like either your button or your atomizer connector(which is pointed at your face when you vape) may be the path of least resistance.

If I made a mod the end cap would have holes in it or something allowing it to break away if sudden pressure occurs within the housing.

Just something to think about, with all mods.

Nice looking mod though, looks like you did a fine job.:)

If your only using it a t 3.7 volts it probly has a protected battery.

If you decide to put 2 CR2's in that thing ( which I'mn sure you can ) so it will be 6+ volts- you should drill some vent holes near the end.

That particular FL has a very sturdy endcap. The path of least resistance appears to be the atty connector. Not much epoxy holding it in.

Is modding the only way to get a satisfing vape, or does the mg level have something to do with that? I have a 501 and need more power.

I'd have to say a bit of both, imho. I just can't seem to get a good hit from my regular (puny) little factory batteries, though the manuals seem to be a bit better due to your ability to control the duration of power applied. I personally prefer to keep my mods at 3.7 volts though, as I feel the flavor is a bit better. Ofc the migher level of nicotine you inhale will effect things as well, though imo liquid nicotine has a different effect than the old "analog" tobacco. Theres a few other posts regarding this matter as well.
