My first day of vaping!

Placed my order Monday, got it Wednesday (great shipping time, V4L). I got 2 manual batts, usb charger, various carts and juices just to make sure I can make the transition. Charged the battery, got it all together, and Wow! I didnt need an analog the whole day and I preferred the taste of vapor to my Newport mediums. Nighttime came around, my batt was dead, so I went to charge it, and no light on the USB charger! I tried everything and nothing worked. I sent an email to customer service, and within 15 minutes Robert emailed me back with a solution, top notch customer service! I went ahead and placed another order to take advantage of the sale. I understand these parts arent perfect, but I know they will stand behind their products. I just wanted to share my experience and look forward to joining the V4L family.

A BIG friendly Welcome to you! I stopped analogs the first day I tried V4L. I smoked for 50 years, and tried to stop many times. If a person is serious about quitting, I believe this is the BEST way to go. Good luck to you, and I hope you continue to enjoy the experience. By the way, I think you should try a wall charger...I haven't had much luck with my USB chargers myself. Just my opinion.

Thanks! I did order the wall charger(along with alot more goodies ), and will use the replacement USB as a last resort backup.

One thing to note: No lights isn't necessarily a bad thing. Let the battery "rest" a few hours and see if it doesn't start charging on its own. Just leave it on the charger.

If the voltage drops too low, they won't charge. The residual charge voltage will come back up given time, generally back up to the point where it will charge.

Generally advisable to charge more frequently than technically needed (ie. before it's dead). These battery chemistries don't like being "deep cycled" very much.

It's crazy how easy it is to quit with something like this, I gave my 2 packs of smokes away the day I got mine. Congrats, you won't even miss smoking especially when your favorite foods start tasting better and you can breath better. Smell gets better too, but that's a double edged sword especially when you notice how nasty your car smells from all the smoking hahaha
