My first day with the Tornado

The Tornado vapes great no major drop off in power/vaper untill just before the button starts blinking. The first charge on the first battery lasted me 11.25 hours. I'm some what of a heavy vapor from 9:00am till 8:15pm about 3.5ml's of juice. I think this unit is great as long as the battery hold up. Anyone out there know how long the battery will last (weeks months) and if the there is any major drop off in usage? I will be buying more of these batteries if they last.

That's great news thank you, since you have a 5 week jump on me can you keep me posted. I think my Protege will have some dust on it by then!

This thing is awesome, consistent from the first vape till it blinks 11 hours latter. Strong yet smooth. How does this 650mah battery outlast a 900mah? Do the Multi Pack batteries have that MP stamped on them?

I had a tornado battery go bad within a week of receiving it. TW took care of it and I had a brand new batt in ~ a week and a half total.

I wondered the same thing about the MP on the batteries. I would imagine they might, just so TW knows which ones were bought at a discounted price. I don't get that whole thing, why should I be penalized, warranty wise, when I purchase a five pack?

Anyway, now for the bad (worse) news. My wife and I bought four batteries (not the five pack) two have taken a crapper since my previous post- two days ago! Talk about jinxing myself! I've talked to TW and they've agreed to exchange them considering I'm on the fringe of warranty.

Been using the Tornado batt with LR atty's for a couple weeks now and it's been awesome. 6-8 hrs. of heavy vaping right up till the light blinks. Charge on the super charger from TW for 90 min. and I'm good to go!

TW says 2-3 months with normal uasge. Mine lasted 6+ weeks and started noticing perf drops. 7 weeks dead (wont make atty red), guess I am a more heavy user. I rotated religiously so no supprise they died same time.

By the time your batteries need replacing, you might watch for janty's new xl battery (751mah compared to tornados 650). The 650's will prob be cheaper by then too
