Hey guys been vaping since 4/25/14. So a week and 2 days with no real cig's. And I love it so far but i've run into a slight problem lol.

Today I dropped my Ego-T DVCE5 on the ground in my rush to get out of the door. It is operating fine but the thing that has the wicks attached to it is crooked slightly inside(the clearomizer right?) and does not match up with the drip tip perfectly. It works fine but it seems as tho i can't get deep hits out of it. Obviously b/c probably the airflow isnt going thru as good bc it is crooked.

Luckily my E-Cig kit came with 2 E-Cigs so I got my other one.

This ever happen to someone? I took it apart and I'm not sure if I should try bending it back into place? I'm sorry for my bad terminology but does the pole with the wicks attached to it come apart from its base?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi ppinkevich,
Welcome to the forum! I'm new here too but happy to help where possible

I've done a quick Google image search to have a look at the device your using and it looks like a CE5 Clearomizer.
If I'm not mistaken (Depending on your model) the CE5 have removable middle sections (also known as the coil head). You can twist this out by removing the unit from your EGO battery and holding the metal base section and the plastic housing and untwisting. Then re-align and twist it back into place :)

Hopefully you haven't damaged the threading and all will be well, good luck!

I have had something similar happen with the clearomizer that I got with my starter kit (from a company called Voodoo - seems like the same parts everyone else has, except the have a cool glowing skull on the bottom of the battery...) Sat down with it in my pocket and 'bent' the top part a little.

So, after a brief panic, I pulled it apart, (went ahead and washed it all since I wanted to change juice, but that step is optional here ;), put it back together and paid attention to how the tank linked up with the metal. A little pressure, one of the fittings moved a little, and all went back into place. So, try some gentle force also.
