My First Impressions

I got home from work to find my mini's waiting for me, along with some blanks (I have a bunch of juice so I only ordered blanks to get started).

These are my first impressions --

The feel of the battery is just... really... nice. I love the satin coating on the battery. The feel of it, the weight of it, is superb.

The blank cart has a "fluffier" batting than what I'm used to seeing in other cartomizers. It took 30 drops of an 80/20 liquid. I think I could have put more in, but — truthfully? — I got anxious and screwed it on my battery. The cart seated nicely when screwed on. It doesn't wiggle on the post, which is nice.

vaping with Bloog is perfect — The draw is perfect, the response is perfect, the vapor is... perfect. I really love that I don't have to "work" at getting vapor out of this thing — It's effortless. I used to get sore throat muscles from 20 second draws to get the amount of vapor this produces in 3 seconds. The vapor is warmer than I'm used to, which is great, and the flavor is right there. It's really clean.

The PCC is cool, but the batteries and cartos are really unbelievable. I'm so happy I came across the Bloog. OK, no more typing; more vaping.

I'm new to vaping myself and until Bloog gets its juice up for sale, I'm still looking for my juice supplier.

I'm so happy that you are pleased with your stuff Yeah the carto is fluffier looking, and it soaks up juice nicely. Wait til you go to refill that one, you'll be surprised how pristine it still looks in there.

First time I used a Bloog carto I nearly gagged cuz there was so much more vapor than I was used to. Had to retrain myself that I didn't need such a big draw anymore.

I just cut the end off of a condom that comes with the cartos, and keep that on my bloog at all times.

So I vape hands free most of the time.. very easy to just hold it in your teeth with the silicone condom.

I know that the nJoy products in 7-eleven are like that.

what kind of juices are you guys using to get this massive vapor? Im using 80%vg and...i mean its fairly good vapor but not like a LR 510 atty on a riva. I also noticed that the flavor is somewhat muted when i put my own liquids in that i bought from other suppliers...is that something you have noticed too? However, the prefilled cartos that came with the unit had lots of flavor. Using vaporbombs&bluemist&honeyville liquids.

I haven't tried lots of different vendors. My favorite is v4l's Wowboy, which I think is 80p/20v, could be 70/30. When you start getting into juice that is heavier on the VG side, I think it doesn't wick as well, so that might affect the performance. BMF cartos seem to prefer 50/50 or less, depending on how thick the juice is.

^ Yep, you'd have to thin that 20p/80v down a bit to get it to wick well in a BMF carto. Just use some distilled water, or pure grain alcohol (a lot of people use high-proof vodka) to thin it.

Update: It's nearing 5 hours on the same battery and cart, and it's still going strong. The draw and the vapor production is as good as when I first started. I'm very impressed.

Good luck with that. The little mouse insists that everyone must have some generic thing with a manual battery. It can be exhausting trying to proclaim the goodness of the Bloog and save people a lot of trouble (and yes, even $$). People seem to start off with the cheap stuff, and end up spending twice as much in the end.

Good strategy -- set your expectations low, then when it turns out to be awesome you'll be that much more thrilled!

Applecracker, I was aiming low too, was quiet about it, didn't tell people, specifically didn't plan to use it exclusively to finally kick the analogs, but it just worked, hope you have the same experience.

And a +1 on popeye's condom sleeve trick. I have one, I don't use is exclusively, just when I know I need handsfree time like working on cars, paddling on the river etc. I just put a hole in mine, didn't cut the bottom all the way out, this help hold the tip in place as I have bit it off a few times when vaping handsfree with a "naked" bloog.

Hey Mactrick! I'm glad you got your new Bloog! It seems it was worth the wait! I've been trying many different juices through mine and it's been superb. I have been sticking to 70p/30v or 80p/20v and getting excellent results. It's amazing how much better the juices taste in this product!
