I just got my sampler order from liquidxpress, consisting of Taboo,
Atomic fireball, Cherry Pipe, Spicy Ice, and Flu-Cured Tobacco, all in 18mg strength, and My first impressions of the overall quality of the juices, and was pleasantly surprised at the glass bottles with the eye droppers they came in!
Atomic Fireball- This was the first flavor I tried, and I was VERY happy with the taste, I could definitely taste the flavor of an Atomic Fireball, without the harsh Heat that makes you take one out and breathe like you are in labor after a few minutes, (although, I must say, when I was younger and sucking on them all the time, I used to pride myself on being able to suck one down to nothing without having to do that!) All in all, while maybe not an "all the time" vape, this is definitely a winner for me!
Taboo- I am assuming this one is supposed to be a Tobacco flavor, and what a flavor it is! I am not into Tobacco flavors all that much, because, when my 510 kit came to me, it had the normal 5 pre-filled carts with Marb flavor 24mg liquid, I tried one for two or 3 drags, and I will never touch that flavor again, and Every single Tobacco type flavor since then has had the same disgusting aftertaste, like an analog that was soaked in toilet water. Until I got Rob's flavors, Taboo is now a staple for me, nice Vanilla flavor, then the caramel undertone, and the Very smooth hit of tobacco flavor going down the throat, almost like a vanilla/caramel flavored version of a Camel Turkish Gold analog! VERY Nice flavor here!
Cherry Pipe- Great cherry Tobacco flavor here, a bit strong on the tobacco part, but no where near the toilet water taste of the other tobacco juices I have had, nice and smooth still, but leaves a bit too much of the tobacco aftertaste in the mouth, maybe I just need to get used to it? Still a great flavor!
Spicy Ice- I got this one because it reminded me of the Fire and Ice Liquor I used to drink, until I couldn't find it anymore.
However, the "Ice" part is overpowering the "Spicy" part to me, it tastes almost like a straight menthol flavor, I'm wondering how a couple drops with a cart full of Flu-Cured might taste?
I have not at this time tried the Flu-Cured Tobacco flavor yet, I am a little reluctant to try a straight Tobacco Flavor, simply because I am afraid it might remind me too much of a plain analog, however, I will give feedback on it at a later time, (I also ran out of clean attys to test all these flavors!)
EDIT: Been vaping the Flu-Cured Tobacco juice for the last three hours or so, and at the risk of sounding like a teenager in a texting frenzy, OMG!! This "Tobacco" favor has absolutely none of the weird aftertaste I have noticed in any juice with "tobacco" in the label. This is the smoothest flavor I have ever tasted, this just knocked the Taboo off of my #1 staple spot, and even surpasses my absolute favorite NHaler French Vanilla Coffee flavor! The Sweet Honey taste is amazingly smooth, maybe just a little over sweet, but great tasting, it reminds me of the Red Man Golden Blend Pouch of chewing Tobacco, quite literally! Amazing Taste!
All of these flavors are not lacking in throat hit at all, in fact, sometimes, if I am not careful, I will actually choke on the hit a little bit, and this is from someone who smoked Non-filtered analogs quite often, and INHALED Cigar Smoke!
Vapor Production- sometimes the vp is a little lacking, however, it seems to depend on how I am dragging off my PV, no amazingly thick clouds of vapor as with HV juices, but still more than You could get of an analog. as far as the Flu-Cured juice, I am actually thinking of dropping a couple drops of PG liquid into a carts worth to tone down the sweetness and get a little more vp.
All in all, I think that LiquidXPress is definitely in my top two go to vendors list for Juices, tied dead even with NHaler, (sorry, I absolutely LOVE the French Vanilla Coffee HV and Lung Juices) the service was top notch, and the juice is definitely in the "delicacy" category in my book!
