So many times when you go to forums you hear complaints.

I had many questions, and she was always so polite and answered all of them.

She sent an email and said that I could buy $5 worth of stuff and get free shipping - - in other words I got free stuff. I said surprise me! So I got an empty free cart and 2 small bottles of juice.

I ordered at 7:30 am on Wed. It was in the mail by 8:30 am the same day!

So - if you are looking for a new merchant, someone who cares about customers - then please try cignot.

Yes, most of the suppliers on here have amazing customer service... LiteCigUSA is amazingly fast as well...

I've used a fair few companies in the uk and there is only one who let me down (no point in naming them because they have about ten sites all with different names but owned by the same company with terrible customer sservice.

The other 3 I regularly use , I order and it's on the doorstep the next day! one even wraps it all in coloured tissue paper inside the packaging, like a gift!

A lot of suppliers of other products could learn from the e-cig suppliers!

My first ecig purchase was a 510 kit ordered from Cignot. I still purchase all of my hardware and some of my juices from them. They are great people that go out of their way to please and back up their products. I don't think I've ever read a negative post concerning anyone's dealings with them.
