I just placed my first order... and I got so exicited! LOL I probably didn't do it right... I think I could have gotten a bulk discount on some of it, but I got in a hurry and wasn't sure how to do it, then finally forgot all about that.
I even forgot to add the empty carts. Hah! I'll get them in the order.

I ordered on the 26th. Went back to analogs because I only had 1 atomizer and it died

There is a long number in the email they send you... the one they send WHEN it ships. Use that one.

I don't think I got such a number. The best I can come up with is logging into their site and looking at order status. Says it shipped on the 27th. Anyone have any idea how long shipping takes from them once they ship?

I would hope 5 business days max but I may be dreaming. That would put it on Monday Nov 1st.

That means I but 1 pack of analogs per day.... what a waste.

You should have recieved 2 different emails from them. First, the order confirmation, then the shipping notice... usually get that one the day they ship it.

You should have recieved 2 different emails from them. First, the order confirmation, then the shipping notice... usually get that one the day they ship it.

5 days? that's the fastest I've heard. Took me over a week to NY.

I ordered from them on the 25th and it still shows that it's in China. The last entry was on the 26th. It's been 8 days now. I love their prices, but I may not order from them again with the shipping being this slow. 8-o

But how can the person that ordered a day after me show that their package has made it to NY, and mine still shows China. I don't have the extra $ to order another one. Tomorrow will be 10 days. I'm worried.

I am very sorry that your package is unluckily delayed at Hk airport because many packages are waiting for the same airplane to the usa at hk airport every day.

we have pushed our shipping agent to send your order out asap.

as for those ordered a day after, they went to NY customs. but yours is going to a different customs. there are more airplanes to NY than to the other customs.

if the shipping agent can not deal with your package well timely, we will use another shipping agent to send your package out asap.

My last order made it to my door in 4 days, from china to NY. I have another order that left china on the 29th and still hasn't arrived in NY yet, according to the usps site.
