Hi everyone, loving the forum and all of the information and figured it was time to stop lurking!
Was using a cig-alike device from ... won't say their name but the initials are GS ... for several months and they enabled me to quit a 30 year PAD analog habit but were costing an arm and a leg. Basically the same if not more than analogs. A few weeks ago I began doing a lot of research here as well as on the electronic_cigarette sub-reddit. Was also able to help my mother and one of my sisters place their first orders over the Christmas holidays to hopefully get them off the analogs too!
Using the cost of what I was spending on the disposables as cost justification here is the ridiculous list of what I have purchased and have been using over the last two weeks. Been running through about 5ml of liquid a day when I am home, less when I venture into the office. Have to say a twist with a T3 has been performing well enough for me at this point but I have still spent wantonly. Here's a list of the damage so far.
Equipment:
3 x 1000mah Ego-C Twists - Red, Black and Stainless
1 x 650mah Ego-C Twist - Black - take this one to work
2 x Joyetech USB 420ma USB chargers
5 x Kanger T3's - Love these but they can be a little finicky when they get low
2 x Vivi Nova 3.5ml - Haven't tried
2 x Mini Vivi Nova - Feel like these have less flavor than the T3's
5 x SMOKtech 510 Wide Bridge Atomizers for testing juice - work well but over dripping leads to a mess!
5 x Kanger 510 Cartomizers - Like them but a pain to fill and even when they appear saturated they don't seem to last long.
Various Drip Tips
Equipment on order:
Joyetech e-Roll Matte Black Starter Kit - Figure this will become my setup for work. Not real comfortable vaping in the office so I still go outside to the smoking area and carrying even the twist with a T3 felt uncomfortable to me. Like the idea of something small and stealthy with a PCC.
juice - you'll probably notice a vanilla trend, love vanilla:
30ml High Caliber Killa Vanilla - 18 mg - 50/50 - Gone! Loved this one.
Vermillion River - Lucky to have their store located about 10 miles from me - All 15mg but unsure of the PG/VG mix
30ml Carmelized Cappuccino - Like this, subtle coffer flavor with good caramel
30ml Kentucky Vanilla Blend - Didn't care for this one, letting it steep
30ml French Vanilla - Haven't tried
Heather's Heavenly Vapes - 18mg - 70/30
15ml Caramel Apple Tobacco - Haven't tried
15ml Dew The Do - Like it, very citrusy not sure it tastes like Mt. Dew though cuz I drink a LOT of Mt. Dew.
15ml Shadowfax - Haven't tried
15ml Adam's Apple - Like it, tastes like a good apple
15ml Dark Horse - Haven't tried
30ml Vanilla Dream - Haven't tried
Mt. Baker Vapor - 18mg - 80/20
30ml Butterscotch - Love it!
30ml Black Licorice - Very good flavor but not an all day vape. Definitely tastes like black licorice!
30ml Vanilla Custard - Like it, a bit light on flavor for me, tastes like a cream soda.
30ml Mt. Dew - Haven't tried
30ml RY4 - Haven't tried
15ml White Out 12mg - Freebie! In the T3 now. I like it but not sure it would be an all day vape for me.
Again, thanks to everyone for all the great info and vape on!
