As per acceptance letter , you were to advise payment completed via email and include a copy of the PP receipt so that I am aware and can check if the subscription is running under your username and in turn change you to supplier status.

There is no automated notification instantly rec'd on my end when you initate a subscription.

Otherwise it usually takes a day or 2 after your payment to receive notification of your official receipt as different ECF depts. so the fastest way is to follow instructions of acceptance letter.
