Hi anyone who reads this ... this is my first post ever on a forum or blog ... and i feel pretty lost ... it took some time to find the new members forum and i was beginning to get frustrated, but here i am.

There is a lot of information and sometimes it can get a bit overwhelming but just remember, you can ask anything if you don't understand something. There is always someone here that wants to help.
