since it was my first purchase from a new vendor, I prefer to call and speak to a human ... my call went unanswered, but Dave called me back in minutes, which was a pleasant surprise in itself

I purchased 2 mega type B low res atomizers, and with the current discount the price was very good, I also added Priority Mail

I spoke with Dave Thursday afternoon and received my purchase on Saturday ... Dave did everything he said he would do, kudos for great service

I do have a question : ... these are not marked LR, my other atomizers have always been marked as such, black letters on the white ones, white letters on the black ones ... if you were to spill both boxes of standard and LR atomizers, how would you know the difference ? ... my previous hardware supplier may have requested, or paid to have them marked LR ? as they are a large retailer

I did test one of them against my current LR atomizer and the performance is the same, so I am happy with my purchase from RMV

I will use RMV for all my future hardware purchases, priced right, excellent service, thanks Dave

I don't foresee changing my hardware, I just want consistency, like I had with the cigarettes that I smoked for 40 yrs ... as long as RMV has the hardware I need, he's my new supplier

but I am curious why they were not branded as LR ?

I will have to look into the LR mark. They always mark the 510 ones but until reading this I never noticed on the EGO ones. I will ask my JOYE Rep and send you an email

yes, future purchases of branded only LR atomizers will eliminate this confusion

it is odd that Joye would send you both branded and un-branded atomizers in the same box, especially if it was a LR only order

I look forward to you posting the explanation you get from your Joye representative

Did you look down deep inside the atomizer on the screw end? This is where the stamp is on mine. They are not listed LR on the outside

I did ask my rep and the answer was what I expected. They always stamp them but if some were missed this is an issue she will look into. Hopefully the fact I mentioned it means they will make sure to stamp all in the future

I have heard of this happening before to other suppliers selling LR attys. I wouldn't worry I am sure they will straighten it out. Probably had some that weren't marked and just throw them in the same box.. I've always gotten good attys from RMV.. Good supplier!

As a seller I just wish the manufactures would get better with consistency. This is my biggest issue nowadays. Getting batches of liquid that vary in flavor from the last batch, small differences on parts etc.
Hopefully as time goes on they will get their system down better

I checked both atomizers I purchased from RMV and indeed, they both have the LR mark inside on the top of the threaded stud ... the marking is tiny and easy to miss if you aren't looking for it

I also checked the LR atomizers from my previous supplier and altho branded on the outside, they are not marked on the inside

as far as other LR atomizers, I have tried some dual coil atomizers which are supposed to achieve low resistance and I found they did not perform as well, imo

I guess I'm set in my ways and will continue to use the mega LR atomizers from Joye, which I will purchase from RMV ... glad to have found a new supplier

Im very happy yours have the stamp Bob, but I am also happy you started this thread. I did find some more in my latest order missing the stamps so I have set them aside. Helps me avoid any confusion in the future
