If your looking for any items, Cignot ® should always be your first stop, as it is for me. Their customer service (as others here have stated) is one of the best in the business if not the best.
I send all my noobie friends to Cignot (Vicky) because I know they will be taken care of, they will be helped above and beyond the norm.
If Vicky has an item you need, and if it's a little more than somewhere else (which hasn't happened to me yet) spend the extra, because no one takes care of you like Cignot will. Period.
I have had issues with other vendors, but never with Cignot, and just the opposite, Vicky helped me way more then I expected.
