It's called the Fish tank. 
Simply place the rubber end on a 510 atty which seals air tight and squeeze couple of drops and vape!
Filling the tank is really easy. The needle which is used to vape also is used to syringe juice in the tank by pulling it out and attaching it in the front of rubber piece then squeeze the ball. It can fill a lot of juice (10+mL). Put the needle back on the other end and you are ready to vape.
When you squeeze the ball to drop the juice it comes out slowly drop by drop and what is really cool is it sucks back in extra liquid which did not drop so no liquid goes up the needle when you vape. And it doesn't leak unless you squeeze.

I liked it so much I went out and bought bunch more to make. What I plan to upgrade is put some mouth piece so you can grip with teeth. And make a smaller version because this tank can hold over 10mL of juice and I don't need that big of a tank.
