My freedom smokes inc batts?

I just started to use two back up batts for my 401. Both batts glow when lightly tapped and do not work. The charger says they are charged and I did charge them. I guess this means DOA? I emailed Freedom smokes and am awaiting a reply. The rest of their stuff was great. But two batts, come on now.......

Yes. I have been buying from them for 2 months now and they are great! They will make the batteries good. Maybe just a bad batch or something.

That's what I'm hoping, All the other orders I got from them were awesome and great quality. So I'll just wait for them to e mail me back.

I've had great service, but never a problem with orders. One question on hardware, Chris actually went back to the manufacturer to get the additional info for me.

I don't think you'll have to worry about them backing their products - I have no qualms about reordering from them.

I'm very happy to report that MFS replied via email and vm that they are sending me two new batts. Thats great customer service, With NO hassle I might add , I did offer to send the old batts to him if he likes. Once again this forum has provide awesome reviews on vendors quality of products and service. Two thumbs up for MFS.

Well guess what? I got my batts and they worked great for a couple of days. THEN blammo will not charge or vape. So I'm done with mfs products for now. Sorry guys and gals. FSUSA has my me now. Thank goodness I got my reva......
