My friend ordered a V2 ecig as her first one. As a veteran vaper, I have never heard of this brand. Any feedback?

My first was the V2 and it still is my backup when my "better" on is charging. I would still be using it if I didn't win the VGO 900 from breez smokes. I really have nothing to complain about with the V2. Obviously it doesn't compare to some of the other higher output models but for an 808 it works pretty good. The only complaint I have is the carto's don't last for 1 pack of cigs or the mg wasn't high enough for me and I was going through 2 a day. the price of the carto (filled) are about $3 each and really have not seen them much cheaper anywhere else. BTW - nothing in my kit was DOA and there is a 30 day money back garantee (from order date to when the company receives it back).

Yes, you can get more powerful models and mods but $139 for 3 batteries, chargers, 10 carto's and a passthru is comparable.

With all do respect, it's not comparable. It is however roughly double the price.

Good Prophets, Lite Cig USA, My Vapor Store, & LeCig

With LeCig being the priciest and still only costing about $80.

not only did she have to wait a whole month for her ecig, she only got a partial order....its been 5 weeks and still hasnt got everything in the "ultimate" package. she sent the kit back today for a refund. she is really worried that they wont refund her money.
i got her an eGo with mega cylindrical cartridges and mega cylindrical atomizer from liberty-flights for $59 and that includes shipping!should arrive tomorrow!
 
These people seriously need to be turned in to the Better Business Bureau. They are taking money with no intention of sending product unless you ride them, and then you don't get your whole order. They offer you "store credit" they know you won't use because there is never any stock.

I have myself been waiting a refund, it won't come I think.

My father has a television station, I am thinking of having someone do a story about these thieves.

I too am waiting for a refund. I got a confirmation via email that they are doing the refund, but I will believe nothing from that company until it actually happens. The product works. It got me off analogs, but while their customer service is very polite and friendly, they can't do much in the way of making a customer happy after they've screwed you over. I've had a pretty crappy experience with them. Not enough to put me off vaping, but enough that I will never buy anything from them again. I don't have time to chase my suppliers around to make sure they are doing what the are supposed to doing. I am very happy with Vapor4life and myfreedomsmokes. I didn't have any problems with Juicy Liquid, but I only ordered one thing from them, but one good experience is a plus in my book. Right now I am going by the rule that if they aren't on the forum I am not buying for them. All the suppliers I have bought from here have been excellent, which means I ordered, I got my product in a timely manner without having to contact customer service more than dozen times. The rule might chance later on, but quitting smoking is difficult enough, even with a PV. I don't need unnecessary stress on top of it.

If your friend doesn't get her refund let us know. I'll be sure to update if we do or if we don't get our refund.

I would be anxious to see if you guys get your refund. I have an order that should arrive later this week. The economy kit. I fell for the good reviews and now wonder if they were faked. I have no problem paying a little extra if the product works but I do not want to deal with them being out of product all the time.

If you ordered because of the 4.2 volt battery, you're out of luck. They ran out of those in October, but never updated their site. I believe it may be updated now to show 3.7. I think the good reviews are mostly honest customer reviews, but they are slanted. I tried to post a 3 start review that hasn't made is passed moderation yet and I doubt that it will. I am chalking that up to if the reviews are all glowing then they are probably not an accurate representation of how the company is actually doing. Almost every other vendor I have bought from has both good and bad reviews for their products. As far as I know anything you would get in the economy kit was in stock the last time I talked to a company rep.

I don't want to demonize a company because I had a horrible experience with them. I will not trust them, but that doesn't automatically mean you'll have issues with your order. It doesn't matter where you go there will always be people who intensely dislike a company and others who absolutely love it.

I wish you best of luck with your order.

Slight update. One of the refunds did come through. I did manage to get really angry with them today and demanded they refund all my money as I would be sending them their product back. It wasn't about actual product as it was about having to deal with "those" people. Their Customer service is nice and friendly and aren't told how to get out a wet paper bag by management, and as a consequence I was getting a lot of "lies" every time I talked to them. I hate beating up customer service because really, they only know what their bosses tell them. Anyway, we did get money refunded so I can stop worrying about at least one of them.

Typically their forum has complaints about the shipping and stock but raves about the product. I thought if they were screening bad reviews they probably would remove the complaints.
My product arrived today! All seems good, haven't tried it yet as I am currently charging it.

My product arrived today! All seems good, haven't tried it yet as I am currently charging it.

The product wasn't exactly the issue. It was a bunch of other stuff. I hope they work out for you. I really do. I love vaping, but I would also recommend looking at other suppliers just in case you are in need of something and V2 is backordered.
 
@ Texastumbleweed: It seems we swapped. I am from Texas living in Memphis!!!

I got my refund, they actually credited MY account, instead of my husband's account (used for the original order) on my birthday. Happy Birthday to me! =)

I also got a shipment of carts and a lanyard (will be awesome on the disc golf course) in four days. The lanyard is very secure.

Thought I should post this here :)

As for V2 I did find them on the Electroniccigarettereviews.net and read some of the reviews. The battery I got was 110mm automatic and they are sending a replacement (right now I hope), it goes dead every 2-3 hours. Their carts are alright but you how they advertise one cart equals a pack of regular cigs well, thats not quite true, they last for what would be maybe 5-6 analogs.Thats why I ordered more juice to refill them with I got those from Halo. I'm on a quest to find the closest thing to kool menthols that I can, I just placed an order for a bunch of menthol juices from litecigs and I am ordering some more from kickbass and backwoods whew hoo what fun:)
