I too am waiting for a refund. I got a confirmation via email that they are doing the refund, but I will believe nothing from that company until it actually happens. The product works. It got me off analogs, but while their customer service is very polite and friendly, they can't do much in the way of making a customer happy after they've screwed you over. I've had a pretty crappy experience with them. Not enough to put me off vaping, but enough that I will never buy anything from them again. I don't have time to chase my suppliers around to make sure they are doing what the are supposed to doing. I am very happy with Vapor4life and myfreedomsmokes. I didn't have any problems with Juicy Liquid, but I only ordered one thing from them, but one good experience is a plus in my book. Right now I am going by the rule that if they aren't on the forum I am not buying for them. All the suppliers I have bought from here have been excellent, which means I ordered, I got my product in a timely manner without having to contact customer service more than dozen times. The rule might chance later on, but quitting smoking is difficult enough, even with a PV. I don't need unnecessary stress on top of it.
