My liquid has burnt taste in more e-cigarettes

Hello, I'm happy to join this community.

I have a serious problem. I was vaping for like 2 years without any problem, but suddenly I have a big problem with my liquid. I don't have any idea if it's a problem with liquid base or nicotine or aroma. I've changed 5 coils already and it still has a burnt taste. I tried it with iJust S and smok Stick X8 and it's the same. I have no idea where the problem is. I tried thicker and thinner base, still the same. Bought new base, still the same.

Do u have any idea, where's the problem?

Hi,
Which coils are you using? (perhaps a bad batch of coils...)
Perhaps take each tank to bits and wash with hot water and some dish soap. (Drip tips also!)
If you have spare o-rings, swap them in for the originals.
Have you tasted your base/mixers separately? Just a tiny bit on your finger should be enough to find the "bad" ingredient.
If you DIY, have you changed recipes or received new products that might be part of the problem?

Cheers

Interesting is that I was using iJust S and the same base for one year. I've changed nothing. Everything happened suddenly. Is there any chance, that aroma could be the problem?

Of course, what brand/flavour?
Can you source a new bottle of aroma to try?
Perhaps mix some unflavoured and vape that after the tank cleaning. It would be one less variable to consider.

WTA juices are gunky. Depending on your coils, wattage, and airflow, you may be running into problems simply due to that.

If you try a new bottle of aroma, you may or may not run into the same problem, but if you do, I'd say it's possible the WTA alkaloids are giving you some grief. There may be ways around it, or there may not. I will say, that's a pretty large change but then again, if the first time using aroma, it could be that.

I only got their WTA wholesale unflavored, and used small amounts in my tank. I didn't have issues that way, but I am very MTL and vape at low wattages.

Hope you get it figured out and welcome to ECF :)

Welcome and glad you joined.
Could be that you changed something and perhaps forgot that you did. I have read, and agree, that burnt taste can be mainly caused by different coils, mod settings, E- liquids etc. Once in a while the vaper may be catching some germ/bug and is off his/her taste. A different E-liquid from a new vendor might eliminate flavor, nic, PG/VG ill effects from your normal juice supplier. E-juice that entails a high VG concentration and those which comprise a higher sugar content tend to gunk up coils which in turn can contribute to the burnt taste.
