My Mini LavaTube Problem

So I was cleaning my tube. Usually I use a q-tip to clean the pin and what not. This time I was cleaning it the pin popped up and now it kind of dangles around and not fully flushed. I was wondering if i just try to force it back in. Or is there anything I can do to fix it. Please any suggestions will help!!

Just try to push it back in. Be sure that no wires are caught up in it. Should be fine. if you still have problems contact the vendor you bought it from. I don't think you have broken it. pins that are sometimes pushed too far down and can't make contact with the carto can be pulled back into place.

it sounds like the pin lifted out of the grommet a bit. You should be ok to just push it back down BUT there should be a rubber ring around the edges of the pin keeping it from pressing against the bottom of the connector. If that is not there, it is still easily fixable, but you would need to dismantle the tube to do so. Check your warranty if that is the case.

Are you talking about the pin inside the device that touches the nipple or top part of the battery?
