It has to be somewhere in the power source and not the attys because his light isn't even coming on. One of those batteries could well be the culprit. It's too bad there's no tester to check them batteries. I had one on a box mod that had one battery with a bad protection circuit. I finally peeled it off and the battery is still good to this day without it.

On mine I posted the first set of batteries were completely dead, I thought they were because I put them in and they went right in but nothing. I got to looking and saw that it looked like they were in but when I shook it you could feel it thumping inside on one set. Come to find out on one battery the circuit caught and it wasn't going in the last 3/16ths in. so I aligned up the circuit and it worked great.
It's a great PV and you did a great job designing and building it Mike.

Based on the charger lights and what 5cs is saying I am betting that it is an issue with one of the batteries. Although, it is largely a moot point since my atty connector is too deep. I'll work on sending it back tomorrow.

I'm still pretty excited about my new pv and I don't fault you guys at all, stuff happens and realistically all you can do is provide good customer service. Keep up the good work guys and give the machine shop a super sized middle finger from me :p
